Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident booking with us. This policy explains our cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms in plain language.

1. Free discovery call

The 15-minute discovery call is completely free. There is nothing to pay, and therefore nothing to refund. You can use it to decide whether online physiotherapy is right for you, with no obligation.

2. Rescheduling

Plans change — we understand. You may reschedule a booked consultation free of charge by giving us at least 4 hours' notice via WhatsApp or phone. We'll find another slot that works for you.

3. Cancellations & refunds

You cancel with less than 4 hours' noticeWe'll always try to reschedule you. A refund may be reduced to cover the reserved clinical time.
You miss the consultation without notice (no-show)The session fee is generally not refundable, as the slot was reserved for you. We may offer a goodwill reschedule at our discretion.
The consultation has been completedFees for a delivered consultation are non-refundable, as the clinical service (assessment, plan and report) has been provided.
We cancel or cannot deliver your sessionYou receive a full refund or a priority reschedule, whichever you prefer.
Technical failure on our side prevents the sessionWe reschedule at no cost, or issue a full refund.

4. Three-session package (₹2,999)

If you've purchased the 3-session package and wish to discontinue after the first session, we will refund the unused sessions on a pro-rata basis (i.e. the package value minus the standard ₹1,999 rate for the session(s) already delivered). Sessions already completed are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Simply contact us:

Tell us your name, the date of your booking, and the reason. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

6. Fairness

These terms exist to be fair to both patients and the clinician's reserved time. If your situation is genuinely exceptional, talk to us — we handle every case with common sense and goodwill.
