A consultation typically includes an assessment, diagnosis, a personalised exercise programme, and a written clinical report. The clinic is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and serves patients across India and internationally.
2. Eligibility & accurate information
You must be 18 or older to book for yourself; bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. The quality and safety of your care depend on the accuracy of what you share.
3. Medical disclaimer
Our service and website content are subject to our Medical Disclaimer. In short: online physiotherapy is not for medical emergencies, and website content is educational, not a diagnosis. Please read it in full.
4. Booking & payment
- You can book via WhatsApp, phone, or the website forms.
- Fees are displayed transparently on our Pricing page (a free 15-minute discovery call; a ₹1,999 full consultation; a ₹2,999 three-session package).
- Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. A consultation is confirmed once payment (where applicable) is received.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your responsibilities during care
- Join consultations from a quiet, well-lit, private space with stable internet;
- Perform prescribed exercises as instructed and report any concerning symptoms promptly;
- Do not record or redistribute consultations without the clinician's consent;
- Treat the clinician with courtesy. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of abusive conduct.
6. Intellectual property
All website content, exercise programmes, written reports, illustrations and branding are the intellectual property of Hope Physiotherapy Clinic and are provided for your personal use in connection with your care. You may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute them without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Hope Physiotherapy Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control (such as non-adherence to the prescribed programme), or for issues arising from inaccurate information provided to us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your personal and health data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
